WHAT DO I NEED TO BEGIN?

To begin, you’ll need to have the most recently updated version of your resume available in a word document format. If your resume is only available in a pdf document, please let us know and we’ll send you a form to enter your information for each job, role, education, skills, awards, and more.

HOW MANY EDITS ARE INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?

Each package includes one rounds of edits. After viewing it for the first time, we allow you to provide your feedback within 2 business days. After your feedback is received, we’ll turn around the final versions in one business day. Additional rounds of edits are $30 per round.

MAY I SEE EXAMPLES OF PREVIOUS RESUMES YOU’VE COMPLETED.

Due to privacy laws, we are not allowed to share previous client resumes as their personal information and work history are included. However, please read our testimony page for outstanding reviews from our work. We promise, you’ll love it!

WILL I BE ABLE TO EDIT THE RESUME MYSELF?

Absolutely! We’ll be sure to send you a word doc. version so you can make edits whenever you want. We use easily adjustable text boxes to section off content, so keep in mind spacing and formatting when making edits.

WHAT’S THE AVERAGE TURN AROUND TIME?

We aim to turn around your resume in 7 business days or less. You’ll receive the first draft of your resume 10 business days after submitting the information requested from you, along with your payment. We’ll give you 2 business days to review and provide feedback from the first draft. After that, we’ll turn around the final version in one business day in both pdf and word formats.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A RESUME?

If you don’t have a resume, no problem. We’ll send you a form to help you organize your career history, along with other key information needed to create a quality, results-driven resume.

WILL THE RESUME YOU DEVELOP GUARANTEE ME AN INTERVIEW OR NEW JOB?

We work diligently to develop your new resume and/or cover letter in a manner that’s attractive to recruiters and employers; however, we cannot guarantee that the outcome will result in an interview or new job.

Any information shared with us is confidential and will not be shared with any other parties or people. Should you request that we share your resume with recruiters and professional personnel in our network, we’ll need your written consent first. Read our full privacy policy here.
